CGTA Upgrades Online Product Locator
In December, the Canadian Gift & Tableware Association (CGTA) unveiled its new and
improved Online Product Locator. Already a much-used tool, the Product Locator now
includes areas for suppliers to post product photos and brochures. In addition, the
Product Locator is now interactive with the CGTA Gift Show floor plan year-round.
The online floor plans have also been improved featuring company names on each
booth space, direct links to the exhibitor’s Web site and detailed company descriptions.

Sherway Gardens: The Mall to Be In
West Toronto’s Sherway Gardens mall reported a record sales productivity level of $905
per square foot at the end of August 2007, outpacing the national growth rate by almost
five times. General manager Scott Kyle attributes the achievement to strategically
choosing retailers which offer “exclusive fashion and lifestyle brands wrapped in a
five-star experience.”
